The Master Data Business Partner role exists to ensure the timely availability and ongoing quality of master data within the designated area.
This role supports critical business transactions and processes across functions, including Customer Service, Planning, Order-to-Cash (OTC), Distribution, Finance, and Sales.
Environment:
  • The Area DMS Business Partner (DMSBP) operates within a complex data ecosystem, collaborating with data stakeholders and producers.
  • This role is crucial for maintaining data integrity and driving continuous improvement in data quality to gold model and industry standards.

Scope:
  • The impact of this role is measured by its ability to influence key data performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • The Area DMS Business Partner contributes to the efficient operation of the business by ensuring data accuracy and consistency, ultimately supporting revenue generation, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance.
  • This role also supports local and regional projects with data requirements, acting as a key user for specified data processes, and is responsible for delivering training, testing, and maintaining documentation for these processes for the area.

  • Good knowledge of key systems and tools used in master data (SAP & Excel required)

Job specific requirements:
  • 3 Years general business experience
  • Work in a service function
  • Working with SAP Product and/or Customer master
  • Working in X-functional teams
