This is a remote position with a preference for candidates residing in the UK to maintain effective collaboration across teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Empower Local Business Owners: Determine their reporting requirements and provide them with the necessary tools and insights to monitor performance and streamline marketplace operations.

  • Build Data-Driven Insights: Develop and maintain analytical reports that drive strategic business decisions, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into key metrics.

  • Identify and Solve Operational Challenges: Recognize trends and patterns, analyze problems, and propose actionable solutions to improve marketplace efficiency.

  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Structure project plans to evolve and enhance the reporting stack, ensuring it meets the changing needs of the business.

  • Manage Cross-Functional Stakeholder Communication: Map key stakeholders across teams, manage expectations, and establish clear communication channels to ensure alignment and continuous feedback loops.

  • Define and Track Project Success: Take ownership of project scopes, identify key success metrics, and measure progress against them to drive continuous impact.

About You:

  • Strong analytical mindset with 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and/or operations.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, able to recognize patterns and drive data-backed solutions.

  • Experience integrating reporting systems into business processes, with a focus on automation and optimization.

  • Ability to structure and execute project plans independently, defining success metrics and tracking outcomes effectively.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working cross-functionally with different teams from different backgrounds.

  • Solid knowledge of SQL and Excel/Sheets is mandatory. Data visualization and summarization proficiency is necessary and part of the evaluation process.

  • Specific Tableau or other data analysis tools, Python, Google Script or other automation skills are considered strong pluses.

  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
