Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master (SCM) with 10+ years of IT service delivery experience to drive Agile practices and service delivery excellence within our Data Lifecycle Management (DLM) Program. This role focuses on applying Agile principles and methodologies to our digital transformation initiatives that seek to integrate standards and best practices into the retention, data management, and disposition processes of our business application systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The SCM will work closely with teams to ensure seamless product integration, effective delivery, and continuous improvement, while maintaining operational performance service-level agreements (SLAs).

Accountability:

1. Agile Process Leadership. Lead agile ceremonies, enabling teams to successfully deliver integrated solutions that support the data lifecycle management processes across a large diverse ecosystem of applications; Monitor Agile processes and support the Product Owner on release planning and backlog management.

2. Product and Service Delivery Oversight. Ensure that product development and integrations meet servicelevel agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs); Identify trade-offs between short and longterm benefits to drive shared vision between the team and the Product Owner.

3. Cross-Team Coordination. Collaborate with product teams and cross-functional groups to drive the integration of DLM solutions into the broader application landscape, ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.

4. Process Optimization. Continuously assess and refine Agile processes to optimize the performance of teams across multiple applications and products; Identify and address inefficiencies, enhancing team output and product quality.

5. Coaching and Mentorship. Guide and mentor Agile teams to foster self-organization, scalability, and Agile maturity; Ensure teams are aligned with the product integration goals of the DLM program.

6. Agile Metrics and Continuous Improvement. Monitor and analyze Agile performance metrics (ex. velocity, throughput, etc.) to identify areas for improvement; Use data to drive decision-making and enhance the quality and timeliness of product delivery across the application ecosystem; Foster a continuous learning environment, helping teams adapt to changing circumstances.

7. Service Risk Management. Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with the integration of DLM products into the application processes, ensuring seamless delivery and minimizing disruption to business operations.

8. Stakeholder Communication. Liaise with key stakeholders, ensuring that team-level delivery aligns with broader program objectives; Communicate Agile performance and integration progress to senior leadership in Business, IT, and Operations, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.

Requirement:

Agile Experience • 10+ years of IT service delivery experience, with at least 4 years in Agile Lead, Scrum Master, or similar leadership role focused on product development and system integration

• Experienced in Agile way of working (e.g., quick iterations where done is better than perfect)

Education, Training, and Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field •

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), SAFe SM, or other relevant Agile certifications are ideal
