Senior Business Analyst (AI project) 

We are looking for a skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Poland. 

Our customer is one of the world's largest food and beverage companies, operating in 189 countries with over 2000 brands. The company's diverse portfolio includes products such as bottled water, dairy products, breakfast cereals, coffee, confectionery, frozen food, pet foods, snacks, and baby food.

Our project aims to harness the power of AI to streamline organizational processes, enhance productivity, and foster innovation within the workplace. By integrating AI capabilities, the organization seeks to automate routine tasks, improve decision-making, and facilitate more efficient communication and collaboration among employees.
Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end product strategy, defined by Lead Product Manager, helping to define and shape solution value through a focus on customer pain points and PO vision
  • Captures requirements from business stakeholders and prepares user's stories with detailed acceptance criteria
  • Drive an MVP mindset across the team, ensure that the definition of minimum value and user-testable team outputs
  • Work closely with the technology team to ensure the delivery of User Value in line with User Story goals
  • Support a shared understanding of User Stories across the team, particularly why they are valuable/prioritized
  • Ensure backlog captures dependencies on vendors and other parallel work, being closer to Technical / Process detail than Journey Owner
  • Ensure the roadmap is aligned with backlog priorities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst 
  • Proven track record in delivering end-to-end business analysis on complex projects
  • Experience with writing User Stories, decomposing work to drive prioritization
  • Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, technical teams, and UX designers to define requirements
  • Translate business needs into AI-enhanced user stories, technical specifications, and process documentation
  • Use written and verbal communication to drive common understanding amongst the product owner and team members, helping define and refine requirements, business rules, technical solutions, and acceptance criteria
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex messages and trade-offs, telling a compelling story
  • Drive an MVP mindset across the team, ensure that the definition of minimum value and user-testable team outputs
  • Advanced English level
