Job Description
As a member of the SW Team Support, you’ll play a role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software development team. Specific tasks and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Uploading Files into OEM Servers:
- Upload software package files, reports, and raw data to our OEM servers.
- Provide related descriptions for the files being uploaded.
- Note that you’ll receive training on the tools required for this task.
Purchasing Support:
- Assist with purchasing goods or services necessary for software development.
- Create shopping carts in SAP to streamline procurement processes.
Equipment and License Management Support:
- Manage and maintain equipment to ensure it remains in good condition.
- Maintain locally purchased SW licenses.
- Handle development samples and test materials orderly.
Support for Sending/Receiving Packets:
- Facilitate the exchange of packets with domestic and overseas partners.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication.
Qualifications and Requirements
- English Communication Skills: Effective communication in English is essential for collaborating with global teams and partners.
- MS Office Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary for documentation and reporting.
- Office Job Certifications: Any relevant certifications related to office administration or support are preferred.
