Ensure Workday data integrity, compliance with UK employment law and IR35, drive HR process improvements, reporting, and workforce planning. Partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to deliver HR services and employee development initiatives.

The HR Director will enhance crew satisfaction by managing employee relations, educating management on HR policies, ensuring compliance, and overseeing onboarding processes.

Manage all onboard HR functions for the cruise ship, including recruitment, training, payroll, benefits, performance management, employee relations, crew welfare, compliance with maritime labor laws, reporting, budgeting, safety/security coordination, and continuous HR process improvements to support crew engagement and operational goals.
