Software Company StorMagic Appoints Global SVP of Sales

Bristol-based StorMagic announced a new leadership appointment. Scott Mann will serve as global senior vice president of sales for the company, which provides virtualization software for the IT industry.

StorMagic’s platform offers enterprise edge computing solutions to help companies keep their critical applications and data running. With over a decade of experience at IT companies like Scale Computing and WinMagic, Mann will scale the company’s go-to-market strategy and increase customer adoption across key markets in his new capacity at StorMagic.

“Scott brings extensive global experience leading international sales and channel teams, with a strong track record of scaling partner ecosystems and driving growth, making him a tremendous addition to the StorMagic team,” Susan Odle, StorMagic’s CEO, said in a statement. “StorMagic is excited to work closely with Scott to expand our reach in helping partners, help their customers, navigate VMware migration and hardware cost challenges with our simple, reliable and trusted virtualization software.”
