From day one, you'll benefit from a personalised on-the-job training plan tailored to the HV department. This approach will not only allow you to apply your technical knowledge in real-world settings but also provide ongoing support from experienced professionals.
You’ll actively contribute to a variety of projects, gaining invaluable experience every step of the way. We are also committed to enhancing your essential soft skills, ensuring you develop a well-rounded skill set that complements your technical abilities with effective communication, collaboration, and leadership.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing awareness and knowledge of the design lifecycle and information management standards.
- Supporting document control, drawing reviews, managing RFI’s (requests for information) and design issue logs with support from the team.
- Working with the senior design manager to proactively drive the design forward, to meet client requirements.
- Demonstrating reliability and attention to detail in checking and coordinating deliverables.

- 2:1 in a relevant engineering degree, such as Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical or Architectural Engineering.

Our commitment is to develop, train, and retain our graduates for the long term.
