Being a Account Executive at iManage Means…
As a Corporate Account Executive, you are responsible for driving new logo revenue within mid-market and upper mid-market corporate legal departments.
These organizations typically operate with more complex governance, IT involvement, and cross-functional stakeholders than smaller firms, yet require greater velocity and precision than large enterprise accounts.
This role requires strong commercial discipline, multi-threading ability, and executive communication skills. You will manage full-cycle sales engagements, build business cases tied to legal operations efficiency and risk mitigation, and position iManage as a strategic knowledge platform.
You will operate with ownership over your territory and quota, partnering closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and leadership to drive predictable revenue growth.
iM Responsible For…
- Owning the full sales cycle across mid-market corporate accounts
- Building and executing a strategic territory plan
- Generating new pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner collaboration
- Leading discovery conversations across Legal, IT, Security, and Operations stakeholders
- Building business cases tied to governance, compliance, risk reduction, and productivity
- Positioning iManage solutions through structured value-based selling
- Driving complex product demonstrations with Sales Engineering
- Managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles with clear qualification discipline
- Navigating procurement, security review, and contract negotiation processes
- Maintaining forecast accuracy and CRM hygiene
- Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual bookings targets
- Remaining informed on corporate legal market trends and competitive positioning
iM Qualified Because I Have…
- 4–8 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS or enterprise technology
- Experience managing full-cycle sales within mid-market or upper mid-market accounts
- A consistent track record of exceeding quota in complex selling environments
- Experience engaging Director, VP, and occasionally C-level stakeholders
- Strong discovery and qualification skills
- Experience building ROI-driven business cases
- Ability to manage longer, multi-threaded sales cycles
- Pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Bonus Points If I Have...
- Experience selling legal technology, governance platforms, or document management solutions
- Experience selling into corporate legal departments or regulated industries
- Familiarity with MEDDIC or value-based sales methodologies
- Experience managing deals involving security, compliance, and procurement scrutiny
