About you:

You’re someone who enjoys building trusted relationships and creating long-term value for customers. You’re confident working with senior stakeholders, take ownership of your accounts and look for opportunities to help customers get more from their software investment. You’re commercially minded, customer focused and motivated by delivering great outcomes for both customers and the business.


Day-to-day, you will:

  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of our largest strategic customers, helping them achieve their business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer value, drive retention and support revenue growth through software and services.
  • Lead sales opportunities from discovery through to close, working closely with pre-sales, consultancy, product, support and customer success teams.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at every level, including senior leadership teams, and become a trusted technology partner.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience managing complex customer relationships and engaging confidently with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience in software sales, account management or growing strategic customer accounts.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including experience negotiating contracts and managing multi-year agreements.
  • Experience forecasting pipeline activity and maintaining accurate account plans.
