We are seeking A-Players to join our team of high-performance marketers. Our mission is to be the UK’s most renowned TikTok marketing agency and we want you to be a part of this journey. 

The Account Manager is not only the bridge between the client and the agency, but also an integral link between our internal teams to deliver the exceptional work we produce. You will be responsible for ensuring the agency is meeting (and exceeding!) the client’s expectations and ensuring the wider team is on track to provide continued growth for our clients on TikTok. 

You will reach across all key functions that go into creating our agency’s output; from initial ideation, creative briefing, Creator communications right through to final delivery. You are a continuous problem solver, managing internal and external communications, and driving projects to completion. 

We are a fully remote team and so self-motivation, excellent communication is essential to instil trust within the agency. 

Who You Will Work With…

Account Managers report into an Account Director, and can have management responsibility for more junior staff and their development.

Internal: Agency account team including: media planners, creative strategists, the finance team and Agency Directors.

External: Client marketing team, Content Creators (Inflluencers), TikTok Agency Representatives..

Requirements

What You Will Do…

Client Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
  • Managing and developing the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving and actively responding to requests. 

Client Development:

  • Conduct thorough research to understand client briefs, market conditions, market trends, and the role your client’s TikTok media and creative plays within their wider marketing mix. 
  • Prioritise client needs and ensure their goals are met through strategic planning and execution.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all client interactions.
  • Identifying ways to grow client accounts through agency services and new business opportunities.

Budgeting and Financial Management:

  • Oversee project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Track project expenses and manage invoicing in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise project costs without compromising quality.

Team Management / Collaboration:

  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Facilitate effective internal communication to ensure team alignment and project success.
  • Translate client briefs to create effective and actionable tasks for the media planner and creative strategist to complete.
  • Keeping the team and the client up to date with useful knowledge.
  • Work closely with creative strategists to develop and execute effective content strategies.
  • Work closely with the media buyers to propose media optimisations to client and action performance insights with the creative strategists. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of client industries and market trends to provide valuable insights.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Project Management: 

  • Ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these.
  • Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions.
  • Working with Finance to bill clients accurately and regularly, chase unpaid invoices, do reconciliations.
  • Manage multiple projects from inception to completion by means of Agency project management tools, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Brief Talent on creative campaigns, coordinating the delivery of briefed assets/content on time and facilitating a wider team for reviews and client approval.
  • Brief the creative studio teams on creative edits and coordinate delivery of assets in a timely manner to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all aspects of the project align with client expectations and company standards.
  • Effectively communicate project progress and status to team and client - making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.

Problem-Solving and Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Handle difficult situations and client complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve conflicts and manage scope changes effectively.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation within the team.
  • Participate in continuous training and professional development activities.
  • Actively coordinate with our TikTok Agency Reps to ensure continuous upskilling and educational resources/trends/best practice are reviewed and shared with the wider team.

Who Is This For…

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
  • 4+ Years Agency/Client experience 
  • Proven experience as a Senior Planner, Account Supervisor or in a similar Account Manager role.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools
  • 6+ months of hands-on experience with the TikTok platform, or managing TikTok media buyers.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to understand human psychology, sociology & purchasing behaviours.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce and related platforms (such as Shopify).
  • Experience working and communicating with influencers (not essential).
  • Canva, Asana, Notion, and Google Suite experience a plus.
  • A strong understanding of social media and TikTok from a commercial angle.
