Perform full-cycle accounting using SAP: month/quarter/year closings, financial reporting and KPIs, tax reporting, audits, reconciliations, ledger management, invoice verification, and support credit management while ensuring compliance with Greek law and IFRS/GAAP.

Responsibilities:- Run monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes in close collaboration with company management and controlling.
- Create and deliver accurate financial reports and relevant KPIs to company management.
- Report all tax-relevant information and financial transactions to Greek state authorities.
- Be actively involved in internal and external audits.
- Ensure full compliance with Greek legislation and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
- Safeguard segregation of duties within the accounting function.
- Handle invoice verification to ensure accuracy and legitimacy of purpose.
- Manage all accounting interactions and transactions within SAP.
- Perform customer and vendor reconciliations.
- Manage debtor, supplier, asset, and general ledger functions.
- Support credit management processes in coordination with the Credit Manager
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant working experience in accounting is a must
- Solid knowledge of Greek accounting legislation and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
- Hands-on experience with SAP (preferably)
- Experience in digital transformation or paperless accounting initiatives is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
- Experience in audit processes and tax reporting
