  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall client service delivery;
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities;
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard of accuracy and accountability;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Comfortable working in a flexible remote or hybrid environment;
  • Motivated to continue learning and developing professionally within public practice.

Qualifications

  • Experience preparing review engagements and financial reporting files;
  • Experience with CaseWare/CaseView, TaxPrep, and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Experience with complex tax planning or reorganizations is considered an asset;
  • Equivalent long-term public practice experience may be considered in lieu of designation.

This full-time opportunity offers a competitive total compensation package in the range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, along with benefits and ongoing professional development support. Additional benefits include extended health and dental coverage after 3 months, paid professional development and training opportunities tailored to career growth, paid personal days, flexible work schedules, and 3 weeks’ vacation to start.

This role can be performed remotely or from the firm’s modern downtown Kelowna office, depending on the successful candidate’s preference and location. While the firm offers flexibility in how work is structured, the successful candidate will thrive in an environment that values accountability, responsiveness, collaboration, and high-quality client service.
