In this role, you will become familiar with our CS&L (Customer Service & Logistics) and Accounting procedures. You will ensure that robust inventory controls are in place while contributing to our accounting digitalization agenda.
How you will contribute
You will:

  • Actively participate in the Greek digitalization agenda by testing, executing & confirming new processes that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Verify the layout of tax documents, ensuring all transactions are accurately submitted to the MyData platform to meet regulatory standards.
  • Serve as a key user for testing and implementation in SAP and MyData areas, playing a crucial role in system enhancements.
  • Be responsible for Inventory Control activities, ensuring the inventory book is updated in a timely and accurate manner to support decision-making.
  • Manage purchases reconciliation and price change updates to maintain financial integrity.
  • Support ad hoc submissions to the Greek Authorities and address external requests from consulting companies promptly.
  • Ensure on-time accrual and invoicing of royalties, contributing to our financial accuracy and transparency.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects that require financial analysis, collaborating with various departments to drive success.
