Job Description:

Administrator / Receptionist

Location: Manchester, M22

Contract: Permanent –Part Time - 30 hours a week

Hours: Monday – Friday, flexibility required across opening hours 7:00am – 8:00pm

Role Overview

We are recruiting for reliable Administrator/ Receptionist with exceptional customer services skills and an approachable professional manor to join our established team. You will show flexibility (working in the reception and back office).
You will be the first point of to all of our customers and visitors.  You will ensure that reception and administrative activities in the centre is carried out efficiently and effectively. You'll contribute as a support network in providing outstanding customer service to our customers every time they touch base with us.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

  • Completing all reception administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Offering an outstanding customer service experience
  • Contributing fully to the team and the team goals
  • Ensuring compliance with all operational control standards i.e. quality standards, clinical governance, and legal requirements
  • Ensuring safety of yourself, colleagues, and customers while in the centre

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Administration experience

  • Proven experience of delivering customer services to an exceptionally high standard

  • Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Able to work on own initiative, prioritise work and meet deadlines.

  • Good timekeeping but prepared to be flexible.

  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm.

  • Natural ability to empathise with patients and demonstrate a genuine care.
