Everpure is seeking an experienced manager to lead part of our fast-growing Advanced Services organization across EMEA and LATAM. In this role you will build, lead, and manage a team of Architects who scope and deliver complex, high-value projects with partners and for customers throughout the region. You will recruit, motivate, and mentor your team to deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience.

You will partner with customers, Customer Experience, Sales, Systems Engineering, Product Management, and Engineering to design highly-scalable, resilient data management solutions that deliver the outcomes our customers need. You think strategically about business problems, products, and technical challenges, and you thrive on connecting technology to measurable business value. Most importantly, leading a team to collaborate, excel, and keep improving energizes you. This role reports to the Director, Advanced Services (EMEA/LATAM), and is ideal for a manager ready to take the next step in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, multi-country environment.

What You Will Be Doing

You will work on cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, Services, and Engineering to architect and deliver Advanced Services solutions across a multi-country, multi-language region. You will become intimately acquainted with each customer's and partner's business requirements, technical needs, systems, environment, and service history, enabling you to present targeted, value-added solutions. This leadership role spans pre-sales and delivery functions, and you will be comfortable performing both while guiding your team to excel.

  • Manage the Architecture delivery team across EMEA/LATAM in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
  • Develop and cultivate highly collaborative, productive relationships with Sales, Sales Engineers, Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional leaders across the region to enable sales and drive Everpure's success.
  • Participate in pre-sales engagements with customers, presenting Advanced Services capabilities with compelling, enterprise-ready value propositions.
  • Oversee technical design architects to ensure customer satisfaction across all assigned accounts and projects in EMEA and LATAM.
  • Provide continuous feedback to direct reports through regular coaching, employee development, and annual performance reviews.
  • Lead, support, and implement Advanced Services, Customer Experience, and Everpure corporate initiatives across the region.
  • Manage escalations resulting from CSAT issues, including across multiple time zones and languages.
  • Provide feedback on the services portfolio to help engineer and pioneer new services, informed by regional market needs.
What You'll Need to Bring to This Role
  • Strong leadership capabilities and experience across all aspects of Advanced Services, with a demonstrated track record of growing a high-quality, multi-country organization.
  • Strategic knowledge of the services sales process and creative business acumen.
  • High degree of competency developing, leading, and inspiring services-focused teams to overachieve goals.
  • Well versed on the strengths and weaknesses of key competitors in the data storage industry, and how to turn that knowledge into competitive advantage.
  • Working knowledge of customer expectations for large Enterprise and Global accounts, including across diverse EMEA & LATAM markets.
  • Experience in some or all of the technology pillars that enable customers to leverage Everpure's Modern Data Experience, Data Management/Protection/Migration, Analytics/AI/ML, Business Applications, Kubernetes, Portworx, and MultiCloud.
  • Ability to build strong relationships externally with customers and partners, and internally within Everpure, across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Demonstrated success leading and growing high-performing Professional/Advanced Services architects and delivery teams.
  • Executive presence with superior communication, collaboration, and influence skills, and the ability to have difficult conversations.
  • Enthusiastic, action-oriented, and capable of independently solving complex workflow problems, with clear and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders across the region.
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Able to travel up to 40% across EMEA and LATAM.
