Job Description
Manage the posting and activation of affiliate links, vouchers, and product tracking codes.
Monitor real-time performance (traffic, conversion, GMV) and optimize campaigns for higher efficiency.
Support content coordination and product updates for affiliate partners and KOLs.
Provide weekly performance reports and recommend actionable improvements.
Work with internal teams to ensure accurate system setup and integration for affiliate tools.
Support data validation between platform dashboards and internal reports to ensure accuracy.
Maintain affiliate product catalogs, links, and promotional schedules across platforms.
Track contract status, validity, and renewal timelines in coordination with the legal and finance teams.
Ensure all affiliate activities comply with internal policies and contractual terms.
Liaise with affiliate partners to resolve operational or contractual issues promptly.

- Setup & Tracking (25%)
Work with internal teams to ensure accurate system setup and integration for affiliate tools.
Support data validation between platform dashboards and internal reports to ensure accuracy.
Maintain affiliate product catalogs, links, and promotional schedules across platforms.
- Contractual & Partner Management (25%)
Track contract status, validity, and renewal timelines in coordination with the legal and finance teams.
Ensure all affiliate activities comply with internal policies and contractual terms.
Liaise with affiliate partners to resolve operational or contractual issues promptly.
Background requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communication related 2+ years of experience in affiliate program, or KOLs relationship, KOLs livestream.
- Good communication skills. Can-do attitude and ability to learn.
