About Role

This position requires 3+ years of experience in a B2B agency or product marketing role. The objective of your role is to strategize, implement and execute a variety of B2B marketing efforts to increase lead generation, including but not limited to content marketing, social media marketing, event management, paid media marketing, and partner co-marketing efforts. You will strategically manage partner relationships, ensuring ROI from lead-sharing efforts, exploring new partnership opportunities, and educating internal teams on partner offerings. You will report directly to the 

Candidates should be based in Dubai, UK, South Africa, or Singapore and be willing to relocate to Dubai within 6 to 9 months. Support for relocation will be provided.

Requirements

Event Planning and Management:

  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of our new ecommerce summit in the Middle East and APAC regions.
  • Handle logistics, invitations, and follow-up communication.
  • Ensure event materials (landing pages, presentations, promotions) are well-prepared.
  • Plan and manage private dinners with prospective clients and vendors.

Content Marketing:

  • Assist in creating marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, social media posts, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Manage and update the agency’s website with fresh content, including portfolio updates and client success stories.
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and conversion goals.

Vendor Management:

  • Oversee relationships with outsourced vendors such as AdWords, SEO, and outbound marketing partners.
  • Coordinate with media buyers and analysts to ensure alignment on campaign objectives.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure vendor performance meets company objectives.

HubSpot Optimization:

  • Build and optimize our HubSpot instance, including the development of triggered workflows and campaigns.
  • Manage subscriber lists and segment audiences for targeted outreach.
  • Segment data to enhance targeted marketing efforts and improve lead nurturing processes.

Partnership Development:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage new technology partners within our marketing program.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agency partners as part of our referral program.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate relevant strategies to keep our marketing efforts current and effective.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.
