About Axiom:

Axiom is where legal teams go to find the right talent for everything from routine in-house tasks to complex outside counsel work. Too many legal departments are stuck having to choose between paying the high fees of their law firm, hiring full-time employees they don’t need, or turning to a low-cost agency that can’t meet their quality standards. At the same time, top lawyers want to work on challenging legal matters, but they want more control over how, when, and where they practice. Both are forced compromises that no one should have to make. Axiom shares and meets the higher standards of its clients and lawyers, with our “work smarter, adapt faster, go further” approach – connecting growing mid-market and Fortune 500 companies with the world’s deepest bench of experienced, specialized legal talent.

About the role:

Join Axiom during a pivotal phase of our global growth, shaping the future of our dynamic business. We're looking for a passionate professional to become an integral member of our Global Recruitment team, based in Northern Ireland. This role offers the opportunity to learn from a geographically dispersed, high performing team. It is unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth trajectory by sourcing talented professionals across various disciplines. Ideal candidates might be agency recruiters eager for a more strategic role, in-house sourcers/recruiters driven by the desire to influence commercial results, or a business/HR graduate with a drive to build a career in recruitment. If you're ready to contribute to a thriving global company and enhance our recruitment strategy, we’d love to receive your application!

Specifically, this role will:

  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the recruitment needs and key talent segments across our global offices.
  • Craft and execute innovative sourcing strategies to meet our hiring objectives and fulfil our diversity goals, utilizing both passive and active channels such as LinkedIn, networking, job boards, and our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
  • Conduct candidate screening calls to evaluate and identify the high-quality talent that aligns with Axiom's standards.
  • Coach candidates on what to expect throughout the entirety of the interview process (including interview path, compensation expectations, interviewer feedback, and timing).
  • Providing funnel and pipeline metrics, relevant industry research, and other data to offer transparency to recruiters and hiring managers around search processes and the talent market.
  • Promote engagement with the Axiom referral program and utilizing it in creative ways to build passive and active pipelines.
  • Conduct thorough market mapping and competitor analysis to deepen our understanding of the competitive landscape and market perception, using these insights to refine future recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build candidate pools for future requirements, while creating communication plans to actively engage these networks.
  • Support special projects as required, including initiatives focused on talent branding, enhancing candidate experiences, event planning, and more.

Essential Criteria:

  • A genuine and demonstrable passion for building a career in recruitment.
  • Capable of thriving in a team environment, juggling multiple tasks, adapting swiftly to change, and solving problems creatively.
  • Proven ability to manage and nurture relationships effectively.
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and goal-oriented with a strong focus on task completion (driven by hitting targets and achieving goals).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in systems, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing, recruiting, or HR within an in-house, RPO, or agency setting.
  • Experience working within an international team environment.

Close date: Sunday 1st December 2025
