Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on delivering actionable insights and enabling business decisions through high-quality reports, dashboards, and data analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and within the Analytics & Data Science Department to design clear reporting tools, ensure data accuracy, define key metrics, and support both recurring and ad hoc analytics needs. Your contribution will be essential in driving operational visibility, stakeholder alignment, and performance transparency across the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Data Visualization & BI:

  • Build and maintain dashboards that present KPIs and performance metrics across business units.

  • Use BI tools or other mediums to deliver automated and self-service reporting.

  • Design reports that communicate data clearly for both strategic and operational use.

2. Data Management & Reporting Operations:

  • Write clean, well-structured SQL queries to extract and transform data for reporting purposes.

  • Conduct regular data validation to ensure accuracy across all reporting outputs.

  • Document all report logic, business rules, and metric definitions to support transparency and repeatability.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work with business units to define reporting requirements and understand data needs.

  • Deliver timely and accurate ad hoc analysis and respond to evolving stakeholder requests.

  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in interpreting and explaining performance metrics and report content.

4. Reporting Infrastructure:

  • Support improvements to reporting systems by identifying opportunities for automation, scalability, and standardization.

  • Assist in implementing alerting mechanisms for critical business metrics.

  • Ensure documentation, folder structures, and version controls are properly maintained and shared.

What you bring to the role

  • 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting roles, with a focus on delivering data-driven insights.

  • Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.

  • Excellent analytical thinking with a solid understanding of metric design, data validation, and reporting logic.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into data solutions.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and consistency in reporting outputs.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and respond quickly to ad hoc reporting requests in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Educational and Certification Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is typically required, providing a strong foundation in data analysis, reporting methodologies, and business processes.
