Position Overview

Vantage is seeking an Analyst, Third-Party Risk Strategy to support the daily operations and ongoing development of our global Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. Reporting to Third Party Risk Management Team Lead, the Analyst will assist in executing TPRM processes, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting tool enhancements.

Essential Job Functions

  • Assist in executing third-party onboarding and risk screening processes in alignment with established procedures and standards.

  • Support the maintenance and improvement of TPRM workflows and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.

  • Help with the day-to-day administration of TPRM tool(s) (e.g., OneTrust), including data entry, user support, and basic troubleshooting.

  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather information and support process improvement initiatives.

  • Contribute to the tracking and reporting of TPRM metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Assist in maintaining accurate third-party data across systems to support compliance and reporting needs.

  • Respond to internal inquiries related to third-party risk processes and escalate issues as needed.

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to discussions around risk-related topics.

  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and training materials.

  • Handle additional duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience in third-party risk management, procurement, compliance, or a related area.

  • Basic understanding of risk management concepts and third-party screening practices.

  • Familiarity with TPRM or GRC tools (e.g., OneTrust or similar platforms) is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn and collaborate.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.

  • Analytical mindset with an interest in using data to support decision-making.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Eagerness to grow within a risk or compliance-focused career path.
