About NowPatient
NowPatient is an innovative health tech platform that’s been in development for 5 years and is approaching launch. We’re building technology that’s transforming how patients access healthcare services, and we’re looking for someone to grow with us as we enter this exciting new phase.

The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to start your career in health tech and project management. You’ll begin as an office hand and QA specialist, learning the ins and outs of our platform while ensuring quality at every step. As you develop your skills and knowledge of our systems, you’ll transition into a junior project manager role, taking on increasing responsibility for coordinating projects and driving initiatives forward.


What You’ll Do Initially

  • Support quality assurance testing across the NowPatient platform
  • Document bugs, issues, and improvement opportunities
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and project coordination
  • Learn our systems, processes, and health tech workflows
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and project documentation


What You’ll Grow Into

  • Manage small to medium-sized projects from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate between development, clinical, and business teams
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Contribute to product roadmap planning and feature prioritization
  • Help ensure our platform meets regulatory and quality standards


What We’re Looking For

  • Recent graduate or graduate-level qualification (any discipline considered)
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Eagerness to learn about health tech, project management, and quality assurance
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Interest in healthcare technology and improving patient outcomes
  • No prior experience required, just enthusiasm and commitment to growth
