About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Engagement Leader to oversee forensic investigations performed by CrowdStrike’s trusted partners. This engagement leader will be dedicated to making a difference in global security by protecting organizations against a wide range of attackers. This manager will coordinate directly with both CrowdStrike’s incident response leadership and the leadership of our partners and customers, representing CrowdStrike and helping deliver high-quality results during high-stakes incident response investigations.

What You'll Do:
Assist in supporting incident response engagements performed by CrowdStrike’s partners.
Assist in the development and tracking of project tasks and client deliverables.
Monitor the status of delivery team and client tasks to keep workflow on track.
Help ensure alignment between customers and CrowdStrike partners around investigation scope, objectives, and level of effort involved to complete objectives.
Support partners in effectively communicating with executives on the topics of forensics and malware analysis.
Participate in training to learn new methods to hunt for bad actors across large sets of data.
Effectively coordinate under the direction of outside counsel.
Support partners on advanced methods of performing host and/or network-based forensics across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
Help compile and contribute to written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings for key stakeholders... to ensure alignment with CrowdStrike quality standards.
Assist with internal process improvement initiatives and support execution by cross-functional teams.
Maintain and update templates and internal process documentation.
What You'll Need:
Successful candidates will have experience in one or more of the following areas:
Previous experience developing and managing relationships in a consulting environment, preferably involving incident response
Incident Response: experience conducting or managing incident response investigations for organizations, investigating targeted threats such as the Ransomware, eCrime, Business Email Compromises (BECs)
Foundational understanding of project management principles and the ability to manage tasks effectively.
Willingness to learn to coordinate with external resources.
Experience implementing technology projects
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrate self-learning capabilities, taking initiative in a fast pace/quickly changing environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
Team-management and leadership skills with cross-functional groups across divisions, worldwide, as part of a team
Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
Attention to details even under pressure
Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
Experience with identifying and implementing process efficiencies and monitoring the efficacy of updated workflows
Comfort with proactively and independently driving for results in small team environments
Experience working for consulting organizations
Additionally, all candidates must possess the following qualifications:
Capable of performing initial review of technical investigation results for accuracy and completeness.
Desire to grow and expand both technical and soft skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to foster a positive work environment and attitude
Ability to travel on short notice, up to 30% of the time
