The Associate Digital Designer’s role is to support the design team and the wider Gartner C-level Communities (GCC) organization in multiple stages of a project - from concept to creation. Working on a variety of media - including digital platforms - you will be responsible for helping grow the GCC branding and storytelling to a C-Level audience.

You should have the ability to closely follow design direction from the Art Director and other senior members of the team, working in an agile and fast manor. Using your baseline knowledge of design trends and best practices to produce engaging and successful collateral, ranging from infographics and social cards to events and user interfaces.

What you’ll do:

  • Produce attractive and effective concepts for singular assets, keeping within the brief and predefined brand guidelines
  • Research, source and refine imagery for use in a plethora of mediums and formats
  • Populate various set templates to high standard in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update asset libraries to aid efficiency for other team members
  • Communicate with senior members to receive feedback and critique
  • Prepare design files and documents for export and delivery

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in design, graphic arts, interactive media or similar creative field preferred
  • 1-3 years in a design discipline
  • Experience with Apple computers
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite including in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Ability to design in both digital and print mediums
  • Understanding of typography, layout and color
  • Confidence to take part in each step of the design process as a team or with design supervision
  • Meet deadlines set on singular projects by the Art Director

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 45,000 USD - 60,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
