We're looking for two Associate Product Managers to join our AI Productivity and Store Hub team, helping shape the digital experiences used by thousands of store colleagues every day.

These roles sit within Store Hub, the platform that brings together communications, performance insights, staffing information, task management and colleague support into a single, intuitive experience. One role will focus on the evolution of the core Store Hub experience, while the other will help develop voice-led and hands-free experiences, including VoCoVo, call points and AI-powered interactions.

Working closely with Product Managers, Senior Product Managers and cross-functional teams, you'll support the delivery of products that simplify day-to-day operations, improve colleague experience and help stores perform at their best. These are exciting opportunities for individuals looking to build a career in product management while working on high-impact, colleague-facing products that are shaping the future of retail operations.

Due to high interest, this role may close earlier than advertised. We recommend applying as soon as possible.

What you'll do

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Supporting the design and delivery of colleague-facing digital and voice-enabled experiences that help store teams access information, communicate effectively and complete tasks more efficiently.
  • Working with Product Managers to manage backlogs, write user stories and prioritise work based on colleague needs, operational challenges and business value.
  • Collaborating with engineering, UX, data and supplier partners to deliver intuitive, accessible and reliable solutions for colleagues in stores.
  • Gathering colleague feedback and product insights to support continuous improvement and maximise adoption and value from our technology platforms.
  • Contributing to AI-enabled experiences that help colleagues access guidance, prioritise work, communicate more effectively and resolve issues faster.

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include:

  • A passion for creating digital products that improve the experience of frontline colleagues and customers.
  • Curiosity about how AI, data, automation and voice technology can enhance everyday work.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with product, design, engineering, operational and supplier teams.
  • An organised and proactive approach, with a willingness to learn, develop and take ownership of outcomes.
  • A focus on simplicity, user needs and delivering practical solutions that create real impact.

What's in it for you?

Working at M&S means being part of something bigger - helping to deliver quality, value and service to millions of customers every day. We're inclusive, fast-moving and always evolving, with a strong sense of purpose and a focus on doing the right thing.

Here are just a few of the benefits that make working here even more rewarding:

  • 20% colleague discount on all M&S products and many third-party brands for you and someone in your household, available once you've completed your probation
  • Competitive holiday allowance with the option to buy more
  • Discretionary bonus schemes linked to your performance and ours
  • Strong pension and life assurance to help plan for the future
  • Tailored induction and training to support your development from day one
  • Exclusive perks and savings through our M&S Choices portal
  • Market-leading family policies, including parental, adoption and neonatal leave
  • 24/7 wellbeing support, including virtual GP access and mental health services
  • One paid volunteer day a year to support a cause that matters to you
