Como Associate Tax Compliance Specialist, formarás parte de un equipo local colaborativo y trabajarás bajo la supervisión de un/a Senior Tax Manager. Serás responsable de la gestión del cumplimiento fiscal de las empresas clientes dentro de una cartera asignada, con enfoque en un sector específico. Con el apoyo del/la Senior Tax Manager, garantizarás que todas las entidades clientes cumplan plenamente con la normativa fiscal española.
Principales responsabilidades
- Cumplimiento fiscal en diversas áreas, incluyendo IVA, Impuesto sobre Sociedades (IS), Retenciones, Impuesto sobre la Renta de No Residentes, Impuesto sobre Transmisiones Patrimoniales, Impuesto sobre Actividades Económicas y otros impuestos locales
- Gestión de la situación censal y registros fiscales de los clientes
- Preparación de comunicaciones escritas para su presentación ante las Autoridades Tributarias españolas
- Gestión y seguimiento de procedimientos e inspecciones fiscales
Competencias técnicas, experiencia y requisitos
- Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia profesional en un puesto similar
- Titulación universitaria (Grado o Máster) en Derecho Fiscal, Administración y Dirección de Empresas o áreas afines
- Alto nivel de inglés, con capacidad para comunicarse con fluidez con clientes (nivel B2-C1)
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y presentación
- Alto nivel de atención al detalle y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas en un entorno dinámico
- Capacidad demostrada para gestionar varios proyectos, cumplir plazos y trabajar eficazmente bajo presión
