We’re expanding our AWS Services Team and looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who thrives on solving complex challenges and building trusted relationships with enterprise customers. If you're passionate about cloud technology and want to make a real impact, this is your opportunity.

🌍 What You’ll Do

Be a strategic advisor to enterprise customers, aligning AWS solutions with business goals.
Optimize AWS environments for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Lead operational reviews and service health assessments.
Advocate for customer needs within AWS, including feature requests.
Collaborate with AWS support teams to resolve issues quickly.
Participate in customer meetings and planning sessions.
Maintain technical documentation and best practices.

🎯 What You Bring

AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or DevOps Engineer).
Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront, IoT).
5+ years in technical account management or consulting in SaaS/cloud environments.
Experience translating client needs into technical workflows and solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
