- Integration Process Management - guiding partners through the API integration process, from initial inquiries to final verification / ensuring a clear and efficient onboarding process for partners;
- Provide high quality technical support to partners on issues related to API integrations, including analyzing problems, finding solutions and implementing them;
- Development and Implementation of Metrics - developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure integration quality / implementing a system to assess the success of each integration;
- Process Optimization - optimizing current integration and support processes / implementing best practices accepted in the market;
Integration Quality Audit - ensuring partners' correct use of API methods / conducting checks for errors and ensuring correct integration execution; - Documentation and Training - updating and maintaining API documentation / collaborating with development and product management teams;
- Analysis and Reporting - collecting and analyzing data on the number of integrations, errors, and time spent at each stage / preparing regular reports on integration quality and effectiveness;
- Team Management - recruiting, training, and managing a team of integration and support engineers / ensuring a high level of team engagement and productivity.
- Experience as a team lead in integration, tech travel as a huge plus;
- Deep understanding of API functionality and experience in their integration: knowledge of web service protocols, data formats, and authentication methods;
- Experience with performance monitoring tools, error tracking, and data analytics collection;
- Preferably, experience using SQL in your work;
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical specialists and non-technical colleagues.
