Key Responsibilities:
- Business Reporting and Analysis
- Monthly consolidation of revenue and KPIs for both Flash & forecast and month end reporting cycles complete with commentary on reasons for period on period variance and as compared to F&F consolidated reports
- Update monthly function review decks
- Lead deep-dive analytics to uncover root causes of performance issues or to quantify impact affecting accurate revenue reporting
- Delivers ad hoc reports on KPIs and products within stipulated timelines
- Product Performance Analysis
- Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance monthly i.e. revenue, usage and subscriber analysis for monthly business review discussions.
- Go beyond data delivery by providing insightful commentary, identifying key trends, and highlighting areas of opportunity or risk for the business.
- Use data to collaborate with Head of Sales and Head of Mobility to evaluate the effectiveness of existing products and identify opportunities for product innovation and grow revenue
- Continuously track and analyze daily trends on prepaid products and flag out any anomalies
- Customer Value Management:
- Monthly inactivity analysis to provide insights for targeted CLM initiatives
- Provide detailed churn analysis for both fixed data and mobility solutions across OPCOs
- Provide analysis at segment and account level on revenue, usage and subscriber KPIs
- Maintain a tracker for identified cross selling initiatives between Fixed Data and mobility
- Automation and continuous improvement
- Business owner and primary SPOC for all automations involving cross functional teams
- Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to understand existing business challenges and translate them into technical reporting requirements.
- Engages product teams to ensure product reporting is automated at point of product configuration
- Responsible for clean up of existing products to ensure standardized logic for reporting across markets
- Implement and monitor data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of all published reports
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Train and upskill OPCO revenue analysts
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and business acumen within the function across markets
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics role
- Proven experience in a B2B environment, supporting commercial functions
- Expertise in data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and advanced proficiency in SQL.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, tight timelines, multiple priorities in a fast moving constantly changing environment
