It's an exciting moment for the Mondelez Biscuits & Baked Snacks Team. With a multi-year track record of driving above-market growth, we have ambitious plans to accelerate further with a series of consumer-centric initiatives in Biscuits and beyond.
Together with one other Brand Manager, you'll work with iconic brands Oreo and Marabou biscuits, with sole responsibility for the Oreo brand, to excite and delight consumers. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment that involves 'hands on' experience, then this could be the job for you!
In this role, you'll be delivering outstanding market execution for Oreo in Sweden as well as leading the portfolio & innovation pipeline for Oreo in the Nordic Area.
Main Responsibilities
Nordic Responsibilities:
- Lead the portfolio & innovation pipeline of Oreo in the Nordics
Sweden Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the activation of core brand Initiatives in Sweden for Ore
- Support the annual Brand Planning process for Sweden Bakery, working with the local cross-functional team to Define, Develop & Deliver the Annual Contract (AC).
- Manage & track the Swedish Oreo Marketing Budget (Media, Production, Consumer & Packaging Design)
Your day-to-day activities will vary but are likely to include the following: New Product Development (NPD), Communications Development, Media & Activation Planning, Consumer Promotions, Market & Performance Analysis, P&L, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Customer & Sales Engagement.
Competencies Required
The ideal candidate would display some or all of the following functional competencies:
- Brand Management or Marketing experience (ideally in FMCG)
- Commercially astute with P&L experience
- Experience working on new product development/innovation projects
- Swedish would be preferred & English is mandatory
- Degree Educated or Equivalent
