What You’ll Do
- Lead SEO strategies for a portfolio of SME and mid-sized clients across multiple industries.
- Conduct detailed technical SEO audits and oversee implementation.
- Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and local SEO campaigns.
- Manage keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimisation.
- Track performance metrics, create transparent reports, and present results confidently.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
- Stay ahead of Google updates and industry trends to keep our clients at the top.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ SEO experience (agency background preferred).
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, content strategy, and analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Excellent communication skills and client-facing confidence.
- A data-driven mindset with creative flair.
- A genuine passion for SEO — and a sense of humour helps too.
