The Data Analyst - Operations (SG26) is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant operational reporting and analytics to support Rx Clinical Operations. This role partners with clinical program owners, operations leaders, and enterprise analytics teams to translate business requirements into standardized reports and insights. The position is a key enabler of the Rx Clinical Operations Globalization Strategy for 2026, supporting productivity, utilization, and cost-benefit outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Reporting & Business Support
- Receive and clarify reporting and analytics requirements from internal stakeholders, including clinical program owners, call center managers, and enterprise analytics teams
- Develop and deliver ad hoc and recurring operational reports, primarily using Excel and Power BI
- Distribute reports and provide ongoing stakeholder support for interpretation and issue resolution
- Data Extraction, Integration & Cleansing
- Extract, join, and aggregate data using SQL within Azure Databricks; leverage Python/PySpark as needed for data manipulation
- Integrate data from multiple sources (databases and Excel files) using SQL joins and Power Query
- Perform comprehensive data cleansing, including duplicate removal, format corrections, and validation to ensure data accuracy
- Data Quality, Governance & Documentation
- Validate data and reports to ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness prior to distribution
- Maintain SOPs and process documentation to support audit readiness, knowledge transfer, and compliance requirements
- Ensure proper data governance, access controls, and segregation of PHI/PII where applicable
- Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor key operational metrics, identify anomalies, and proactively notify stakeholders of potential issues
- Participate in weekly operational calls and training sessions to support delivery standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and continuously improve reporting processes

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or operations analytics
- Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel: Complex formulas, charts, macros/VBA, ad hoc and recurring report development, data cleansing and validation
- SQL & Azure Databricks: SQL query development; exposure to Python/PySpark for data processing
- Power BI: Development of standardized dashboards and visual reports • Data Integration: Power Query and SQL-based data consolidation techniques
