Job DescriptionAs a Business Analyst within Veremark’s Product team, you will play a key role in shaping and improving our software platform. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and our users to analyse customer and business needs, document clear requirements, support delivery, and help ensure high-quality product outcomes.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, refining processes, and turning insights into meaningful product improvements.
Core Responsibilities
Translate business and user needs into clear configuration specifications and requirements for new product features and integrations
Support end-to-end feature delivery, including requirement gathering, documentation, acceptance criteria, and testing
Perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing to validate functionality and usability
Define reporting and alerting requirements and ensure internal visibility of key product metrics
Own and develop relationships with integration partners, working collaboratively to optimise and enhance integrations
Design, document, and improve system and operational processes across the product lifecycle
Create user-facing help content, including instructional guides and video walkthroughs (e.g., Loom, Synthesia etc)
Analyse common sources of technical issues or support questions and provide actionable recommendations
Communicate key insights, risks, and findings to the Product team and wider stakeholders
Proactively identify opportunities to improve monitoring, discover issues earlier, and deliver greater value to customers
Previous experience in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis within a software environment
Proven ability to elicit, document, and manage requirements
Experience in testing and validating product functionality
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to draw insights from data and present findings clearly
Experience producing process documentation and user guides
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
Nice to Have
Experience within a high-growth scale-up, ideally B2B or HR tech
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Ability to write SQL queries for analysis and troubleshooting
Remote role, UK timezone preferred with the ability to travel to London when required
