  • Supporting backlog refinement and prioritisation to ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on IFA and wealth management workflows, ensuring solutions meet the specific needs of advisers, paraplanners, and wealth managers.
  • Engaging with IFAs, wealth managers, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product features, and support adoption.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Business Analyst:

  • You will have proven experience as a Business Analyst in fintech, wealth management technology, or financial services.

  • You will have experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
  • You must possess strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive business and product decisions.
  • You may have knowledge of the IFA, wealth management, or investment platform industry, including adviser workflows, client servicing, and regulatory considerations.
