Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and analysis activities, including workshops and stakeholder interviews, to capture requirements.
- Document the as-is position, including current governance processes, digital capabilities, and organisational readiness.
- Work with stakeholders to define the to-be state, highlighting opportunities for improvement and integration.
- Produce process maps, data flows, and gap analyses to support the development of governance and adoption models.
- Assist in the creation of a framework for prioritising AI opportunities, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Analyse and document capability gaps in skills, technology, and governance readiness, producing recommendations for addressing them.
- Support the design of toolkits and templates, ensuring they are practical and meet identified requirements.
- Collaborate with delivery and governance leads to ensure outputs are consistent, testable, and measurable.
- Contribute to final documentation and knowledge transfer activities.
About You
- Strong track record as a Business Analyst in digital, data, or technology projects.
- Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Experience working across discovery and design phases in multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to analyse complex problems and present clear, actionable recommendations. Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Familiarity with governance, compliance, or AI-related programmes is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
