Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Crewe. As a Business Development Executive in our Account Management team at our organisation, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, analysing data, and building strong relationships to drive business growth and customer retention.

 

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Oversee customer growth, training, and development of best practices to drive business value and return on investment
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing excellent customer service and support
  • Conduct regular check-in calls and account reviews to assess and track customer satisfaction levels
  • Identify and reduce churn risks through proactive outreach campaigns
  • Recognise and capitalise on upsell opportunities when applicable
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently

 

What do we expect of you?

  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building positive relationships
  • Commercial awareness with good track record of similar responsibilities with positive commercial results
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to function in a high volume, forever evolving new business environment while always maintaining a smile and positive disposition
