We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Strategic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team at Duda. This position will be pivotal in filling the top funnel with high-value prospective customers through identification, engagement, and thought-provoking conversations about how Duda can help solve their most critical business challenges. You will have the opportunity to impact the bottom line by generating revenue by identifying new customer opportunities. Your primary responsibilities include collaboration with the sales managers and account executives, market research to identify new potential customers, and qualification of these opportunities through independent prospecting and relationship development. 

This position reports to the Team Manager for our Business Development team. This is a remote role working in or around the London, UK Metropolitan area. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Research and identify potential Duda customers based on our relevant ICPs and personas to drive pipeline
  • Identify potential prospect pain points and be able to effectively communicate Duda’s relevant value proposition for the customer’s business 
  • Engage and qualify leads through highly personalized omni-channel outreach to initiate conversations and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with decision makers and champions within target accounts 
  • Convert conversations into meaningful, high value sales opportunities that progress down funnel
  • Effectively use SalesForce, SalesLoft, Apollo, and LinkedIn to maintain a high level of prospecting and outreach activities

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 2+ years of BDR experience in a SaaS or technology business
  • Proven track record of building high-quality pipelines and exceeding targets
  • Deep understanding of business development strategies, market dynamics, and industry trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge to develop innovative solutions
  • Must demonstrate a desire to learn, embrace new concepts, and be passionate about solving problems creatively to create business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and market research tools. Salesforce experience required, SalesLoft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience (or similar tools) strongly preferred 
  • Account Based Marketing experience is a plus
