The Business/System Analyst will focus on designing financial solutions and payment systems, analyze requirements, create technical specifications, collaborate with developers, and report to management while addressing risks associated with business outcomes.

The successful candidates will work on impactful projects in the field of electronic financial transactions, collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic multinational environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for IT systems.
- Design and propose new solutions for Euronet’s clients, including improvements to existing systems.
- Work closely with technical teams, such as Developers and Quality Assurance Engineers to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality outcomes.
- Provide clear and concise technical specification documents as well as regular report to management.
- Identify risks or issues impacting business outcomes and propose effective solutions or necessary adjustments.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Information Technology. A post-graduate degree will be considered a plus.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in System Analysis and Design (experience within financial technology, services, or banking is a plus).
- Understanding of databases and data models.
- Fluency in English and Greek, both written and verbal.
- Eligible to work in the EU on full-time permanent basis without the need of employer sponsorship.
