Our platform, Bjak.com, helps millions find the insurance policy with the best value and highest coverage for their needs.

We invest heavily in technology — including Custom APIs, trading systems, and data science — to simplify financial services that were previously complex or inaccessible.

As we continue expanding our operations globally, we are looking for dynamic individuals based in London (remote-friendly) who share our mission and want to contribute to the next chapter of Bjak’s growth.

We are seeking a Campaign & Content Manager to plan, execute, and optimize impactful marketing campaigns while building a strong and engaged community around the Bjak brand. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution across campaigns, content, and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility.

  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and cross-functional teams to produce compelling campaign assets.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.

  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth execution.

Content & Community Management

  • Build and nurture an active online and offline community aligned with Bjak’s mission.

  • Develop initiatives to increase user participation, retention, and brand loyalty.

  • Moderate discussions, respond to inquiries, and maintain high-quality community interactions.

  • Organize and host both virtual and in-person events to strengthen community relationships.

  • Oversee content strategy for social media, newsletters, and community channels.

  • Ensure consistent and impactful brand voice across all platforms.

  • Identify and utilize user-generated content to boost engagement.

Partnerships & Insights

  • Collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners to expand brand reach.

  • Design programs that encourage loyal community members to become brand ambassadors.

  • Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify issues, opportunities, and insights that support campaign and business decisions.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or content strategy.

  • Strong understanding of digital communication, social media management, and event planning.

  • Familiarity with community platforms (Discord, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn), CRM systems, and analytics tools.

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication, influencing skills, and strategic thinking.

  • Proven ability to deliver measurable results with strong project management skills.

  • Highly proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

At Bjak, you will be part of a fast-growing company at the forefront of financial technology. As the Campaign & Content Manager, you will play an integral role in shaping our brand presence and driving measurable impact.

You can expect:

  • The opportunity to make an immediate impact on Bjak’s success from London (remote-friendly).

  • A creative, flexible, and collaborative work environment that values innovation.

  • Competitive compensation, benefits, and strong opportunities for professional growth.
