Position: Change Analyst - 12 months FTC

Location: Home office, UK Based.

The Job

The Change Analyst will work with the project team and the business to merge, align and clean the existing requirements from multiple stakeholders and programs and to develop an effective strategy to document and review the outcomes from multiple programs.

Responsibilities:

· Support Change Management initiatives across the Sales organisation ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.

· Produce an approved set of business requirements, based on use cases, as input into transformation and continuous improvement programs.

· Support development and execution of change management plans.

· Compile a requirements traceability matrix based on the documented functional, non-functional, and constraining requirements.

· Produce a User Acceptance test strategy, including the testing plan and test cases.

· Produce an approved business readiness test strategy including the plan and test cases.

· Providing change contract support across the program of work, including the documentation and impact assessment for proposed changes.

· Input into Post-implementation reports to support continuous improvement.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

· Understanding of sales and commercial fulfilment processes in general, experience in a software sales organisation or subscription business is preferred.

· Being able to plan and run effective workshops with impacted teams.

· Being able to effectively evaluate the information provided and through workshops and surveys, business process descriptions and, if required, task analysis.

· Being able to effectively communicate the result of that analysis and to make recommendations about the logical path forwards including the prioritisation of program activity.

· Being able to negotiate the approval of the business requirements across multiple impacted teams in the business.

· Act as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams across the organisation.

· 5+ years’ experience in business analysis, or a relevant discipline, with at least 3 developing requirements for projects that impact multiple functional areas and systems.

· 5+ years' experience of Change Management best practice (Lean Six Sigma, ADKAR, CAP).

· Ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate requirements to meet those needs.

· Strong communication style and able to communicate effectively to multiple stakeholders, especially in virtual workshops.
