About the position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Supply Chain professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Change Control Associate Manager role lies within the EPDM Supply Chain Hub . You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into Gioia Nerone, Planning Excellence Lead . This role will be responsible for managing and implementing changes that impact supply chain operations, ensuring that all changes are executed smoothly and effectively.
In brief, you are responsible for:
- Oversee the change control processes within our supply planning department
- Evaluate the impact of planned organisational, conducting change control assessment for any changes happening in supply planning function
- Develop and execute the change management strategy and plan, working with project teams and business partners
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and quality assurance, to assess the impact of proposed changes on supply chain operations
- Maximize employee adoption and usage in supply planning of required changes
- Lead change control meetings and facilitate discussions to evaluate and prioritize change requests
- Minimize resistant behaviors from supply planning roles and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes
- Train and support team members on change control processes and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
- Previous Supply Chain experiences
- Preferable Certification in Change Management or related methodologies (e.g. Prosci, Lean Six Sigma)
- English professional proficiency
- Experience in project management and in process improvement initiatives
