Client & Business Development Programme Manager
Location – London

We have a great opportunity for a Client & Business Development (BD) Programme Manager. You will play a key role in providing comprehensive support to the Client & BD Team to ensure seamless account operations and client satisfaction. This individual will also assist Pursuit Leads in identifying new business opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Support: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and proposals for client meetings, providing ongoing support to the Account Manager in managing day-to-day account activities.
  • Client Engagement Tracking: Maintain and update the Engagement Tracker for all key clients and pursuits. Work in collaboration with the Marketing & Events Team to ensure key events and client insights are recorded, highlighting client alignment and market trends.
  • CRM Meetings: Chair CRM meetings and ensure action items are captured and tracked effectively to meet client objectives.
  • Sales Support: Assist in identifying new business opportunities within existing client accounts. Support the pursuit team in managing active pursuits and tracking their progress.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, Cushman & Wakefield's services, and the competitive landscape. Track movements within key clients and pursuits, sharing market insights that align with business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met, and projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Internal Awareness: Support the Client & Business Development Team by sharing case studies, wins, and key growth statistics with the wider UK business team through a monthly update.
  • Framework Management:  Overseeing mailbox communications, framework reporting, and portal maintenance to efficiently manage Public Sector RFQs/ITTs, ensuring accurate data management and timely submissions.

Knowledge and Experience:

•    Proven experience in account management or a similar support role.
•    Familiarity with CRM systems and engagement tracking tools.
•    Proficient in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals.
•    Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams.
•    Real estate industry experience is an added advantage, but not required.

Skills and Personal Qualities:

•    Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs.
•    Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
