Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Excellence:

Lead and develop the Key Account and E-commerce teams.

Motivate and coach team members to achieve their best.

Collaborate across functions to advance our position in the market.

Ensure sustainable high performance with strategic resource and talent management.

Key Accounts & E-commerce:

Set and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Build and maintain relationships with senior personnel.

Manage budget allocations for long-term improvement and efficiency.

Market Access & Business Development:

Accelerate reimbursement and promote product access.

Integrate public policy, pricing, health economics, and patient support.

Develop relationships with key external stakeholders (PCN, NHS, etc.).

Local Supply Chain & Launch Excellence:

Maintain key relationships with wholesalers and distribution partners.

Support sales and marketing with robust forecasting.

Lead development of launch readiness plans and ensure milestone achievement.

Quality Management:

Oversee quality systems for Iso9001 accreditation.

Ensure successful annual audits.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar preferred.

Experience: Proven experience in the healthcare industry, contract negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Skills: Strong leadership, critical thinking, and strategic skills.

Financial Acumen: Experience with profit/loss responsibilities.
