Rockstar is on the lookout for a passionate Community Coordinator to support our Creator Platform team, which includes the FiveM and RedM multiplayer modification platforms as well as the Cfx Marketplace. In this role, you will serve as the voice of our community to internal teams and help represent the project to our community, highlighting innovative projects within our ecosystem for recognitionproviding sentiment analysis and feedback, and working in close collaboration with our global community of players, creators, and server owners to help advance and improve the FiveM and RedM platforms. 

This is a full-time, permanent and in-office position based in Rockstar’s unique game development studio in the heart of London. 

WHAT WE DO
  • The Rockstar Games Creator Platform team deliver a technology platform that enables players to experience community created content on fully customized dedicated servers where creators can develop their own game modes and other modifications in a variety of scripting languages.
  • We provide a curated digital storefront, the Cfx Marketplace, where talented FiveM/RedM creators can share and sell their work. It features purchasable props, scripts, maps, and much more.
  • We work in close collaboration with our worldwide community of players, creators, and servers to communicate project progress, community feedback, and new initiatives, and channel feedback from our community to our development teams advocate for community needs.  
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with composing community facing communications such as Community Spotlight, products Release Notes, and other community beats for the Creator Platform. 
  • Compile community sentiment analysis and feedback for leadership.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Creator Platform leadership to ensure alignment and collaboration on schedules and upcoming beats.
  • Maintain an active presence across our community channels to monitor and synthesize community feedback and escalate it to your reporting line.
  • Help with our community-based moderation efforts on social media. 
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years working in a player-facing community management, communications, or marketing role within the video game and digital entertainment industry.
  • Expertise in community management, actively listening to player feedback, and effectively communicating with diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage and moderate online communities across multiple platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and customer support, to ensure alignment on community strategies and messaging.
  • Passion for fostering community engagement, with a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment for all community members. 
PLUSES

Please note that these are desirable skills and are not required to apply for the position.

  • Previous experience managing or participating in gaming or modding communities, particularly within the Grand Theft Auto and FiveM/RedM ecosystem.
  • Basic understanding of scripting languages, game development, or modding tools related to FiveM and RedM.
  • Experience and/or demonstrated interest in identifying and curating popular and innovative community content.
  • Experience with managing and curating social media channels on behalf of game developers and publishers.
