About Verve

Curiosity has always been at the heart of what we do.

At Verve, we help some of the world's leading brands understand people better, make smarter decisions and stay ahead of change. We do this by combining the best of human understanding, cultural insight and emerging technology.

No two challenges are the same.

One day we might be helping a client understand a changing consumer landscape. The next, exploring future scenarios through AI-powered simulations or uncovering new opportunities for growth.

We're not interested in doing things the way they've always been done. We believe the most interesting questions require fresh thinking, different perspectives and a willingness to experiment.

That's why our teams work across disciplines, combining insight, consultancy, culture, strategy, innovation and technology to solve complex problems in new ways.

If you're excited by learning, building new skills and working on challenges that genuinely stretch your thinking, you'll feel right at home here.

About the Role

We're looking for a curious, ambitious consultant with strong quantitative research foundations who wants to build their career at the intersection of insight, advanced analytics, consultancy and AI.

You'll work alongside experienced consultants to solve client challenges, deliver impactful insight programmes and help clients understand people, markets and opportunities more clearly. You’ll bring confidence working with quantitative data and methodologies. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of sectors, methodologies and technologies while building the expertise, confidence and judgement needed to become an exceptional consultant.

This is a role for someone who is already performing strongly, learns quickly and is eager to accelerate their growth. Someone who takes ownership, embraces new challenges and is excited by the opportunity to build expertise, make an impact and continually raise the bar for themselves and those around them.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering great work by contributing to quantitative and mixed method insight programmes that help clients answer important questions and make better decisions.

Solving client challenges by synthesising diverse sources of evidence, human understanding and strategic thinking to tackle complex business problems.

Building consultancy skills through exposure to different sectors, methodologies, technologies and business problems; including opportunities to apply advanced analytical approaches.

Exploring new possibilities by embracing AI, innovation and emerging tools that improve how we work and what we deliver.

Contributing to our growth by bringing ideas, supporting new initiatives and continually looking for ways to improve.

What We're Looking For

You've built solid foundations. You have experience (4+ years) in research and consultancy environments and are recognised for delivering high-quality work.

You're curious by nature. You ask good questions, enjoy exploring new ideas and are motivated by understanding people, businesses and the challenges they face.

You're developing your craft. You bring strong quantitative methodological foundations and experience in advanced analytics, and are excited by the opportunity to deepen your expertise and broaden your experience. An aptitude for advanced analytics would be advantageous.

You embrace technology. You're curious about AI and emerging technologies, and actively explore how they can help you work smarter and create better outcomes. We’re particularly excited by those who are experimenting with coding, building AI-powered projects or creating their own tools.

You take ownership. You're proactive, dependable and willing to step forward when something needs doing.

You're adaptable. You thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy variety and are comfortable working across different sectors, methods and challenges.

You're commercially aware. You're interested in how businesses grow, how clients make decisions and how great consultancy creates value. You're excited by the opportunity to develop your commercial instincts and contribute to proposal writing, pitches and new business development.

You communicate clearly. You can structure your thinking, share ideas confidently and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

You're a team player. You enjoy collaborating with others, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive team culture.

Additional language skills are a bonus.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to accelerate your career in a consultancy that’s redefining how insight is delivered
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI tools, thinking and methodologies
  • Meaningful responsibility from day one
  • Freedom to experiment, innovate and contribute ideas
  • A collaborative, ambitious and entrepreneurial culture
  • Ongoing learning, development and mentoring from experienced consultants
  • The opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects for some of the world's leading brands — no two days are the same.

If you're eager to push yourself, build new skills and help shape what's next, we'd love to hear from you.
