As the Content & Community Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping cyber•Fund’s voice and strengthening its brand presence across blockchain, AI, and robotics. Your mission is to drive awareness, engagement, and thought leadership around the cybereconomy, amplifying our vision across the industry and within our portfolio ecosystem. You will combine strategic marketing, community engagement, and social amplification to position cyber•Fund as a leading force in the wave of the cybernetic economy.

Key Responsibilities:

Community & Social Media Management

  • Proactively engage and support our portfolio companies to co-create and cross-promote community initiatives.

  • Manage cyber•Fund’s social channels (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Farcaster) to foster engagement and growth.

  • Build and nurture an active community of founders, builders, and industry leaders across platforms.

  • Drive growth and engagement through strategic social media content that positions Cyber.Fund as a thought leader in the space.

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy that aligns with cyber•Fund’s vision and investment themes.

  • Produce high-quality written, multimedia content, thought leadership content in the form of articles, blogs, and social media posts.

  • Collaborate with investment and research teams to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.

  • Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and enhance engagement over time.

  • Continuously track and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategy, boost engagement, and deliver real impact.

Brand & Narrative Building

  • Elevate the cybereconomy narrative by crafting stories that connect AI, blockchain, and robotics into one cohesive vision.

  • Identify partnership and speaking opportunities that expand cyber•Fund’s presence and thought leadership.

  • Maintain consistency of tone, style, and messaging across all communications.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven marketing experience: 4 - 6 years in a tactical marketing role in crypto or tech, with the ability to produce content and execute campaigns independently.

  • Collaborative, creative, proactive: A team player who takes the initiative to improve strategies, processes and ability to understand and produce technical and product-oriented semi-technical content.

  • Social Media expertise: Understanding of crypto AI’s X & the underlying dynamics: retail, devs, KOLs, traders, researches “in the trenches”, big crypto & vc brands, communities etc.

  • Crypto, AI and robotics native: Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, its trends, and its nuances.

  • Great track record: Track-record of multiple tweets / threads / posts that have 50k+ natural views on twitter

  • Exceptional written skills: Strong writer capable of simplifying technical concepts into engaging content for diverse audiences.
