The List is House & Garden’s indispensable global design guide for anybody wanting work done to their home. The Tatler Address Book offers a curated handbook of exceptional services and experts tailored to a highly affluent audience.

The Lifestyle team is looking for an organised, dynamic, highly motivated and
enthusiastic Content Coordinator. Juggling numerous tasks across a wide range of platforms, we seek an organised candidate interested in Luxury lifestyle, interior and garden design who is eager to nurture our loyal member community.

The ability to work hard under pressure while maintaining a positive and can-do
attitude is a must.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing and organising subscriptions and promotional badges for all members.

  • Managing all member profile pages, updating information where necessary, as well as selecting and cropping imagery and editing new members' copy

  • daily via The List CMS.

  • SEO for all profiles.

  • Ensure all shared spreadsheets are kept up to date with member activity and keep The Directories team informed.

  • Working closely with the Commercial team to design, create, manage

  • promotional material for all members.

  • Work with online, editorial, digital and production teams to ensure the smooth daily running of The List & TAB websites and brand globally.

  • Keeping The List website editorial content up to date weekly.

  • Liaise with Directory members to request new imagery and projects for social media platforms and editorial, including new member copy, imagery and company information.

  • Event coordination; supporting the team with List member events and collaborations.

  • Assisting with newsletters and social media and ensuring the team adhere to the calendar of activity and events.

  • Coordinating the production of The List's annual printed directory.

  • Generating content for both TAB and The List's Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts.

  • General troubleshooting.

  • Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent organisational skills.

  • Excellent written skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable dealing with all levels of staff as well as directly with members.

  • Experience with content management systems.

  • Experience in Photoshop, Excel, Gmail and Google Docs.

  • Experience with SEO.

  • Meticulous time management skills, especially when working to tight deadlines.

  • A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Unflappable under pressure.

  • Interest in interiors, garden design and decoration would be advantageous.
