About the role
As a member of our Professional Services team, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to architect and deliver cutting-edge digital solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs. With a focus on excellence and a passion for pushing boundaries, you will contribute to Olive Jar Digital's mission of catalysing transformative change in the digital landscape.
Responsibilities
  • Lead content design efforts to improve the clarity, accessibility, and usability of the FBR codebase refresh project.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and user needs, and develop content strategies to support them.
  • Create clear, concise, and user-friendly content for digital interfaces, including websites, applications, and documentation.
  • Conduct content audits and assessments to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to integrate content seamlessly into the user experience.
  • Ensure content complies with relevant standards and guidelines, including accessibility and SEO best practices.
  • Iterate on content based on user feedback and usability testing results.
  • Advocate for plain language and user-centered design principles throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and experience
  • Strategically shape and lead analysis as part of multi-disciplinary teams operating within programme, portfolio, or scaled agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrable experience in successfully contributing to the delivery of digital products and projects in the public sector, with familiarity in GDS.
  • Select the most effective business modelling techniques to help people understand complex situations, problems, and solutions.
  • Comfortable designing and influencing improvements to business structures, processes, and information flows, supported by automation and technology where appropriate.
  • Confident and clear communicator, effectively working with strategic stakeholders to establish and deliver goals efficiently.
