The Content Marketing Manager (EMEA) is the region’s storyteller and reference engine. From blogs and case studies to social posts and executive presentations, you craft content that educates, engages, and converts. You’ll lead our advocacy program by capturing quotes, references, and videos to create a living library of proof points that sales and marketing can trust. Working with regional agencies, partners, and field marketers, you’ll bring campaigns to life with localized web content, visuals, and infographics, using AI and creative tools to move fast without sacrificing quality. Your work will shape how the region sees our brand, drives pipeline, and grows customer love.

We are accepting candidates for this remote position that are located in England or Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, write, and adapt blogs, case studies, customer stories, and thought leadership for EMEA audiences.
  • Craft compelling PowerPoint—clear story arcs, data visualization, and speaker notes—for exec briefings, sales enablement, events, and partner co-marketing.
  • Produce simple graphics, infographics, visuals for decks, one-pagers, and social posts using Figma/Canva/Adobe and AI tools (e.g., generative images, layout assistants, background removal, brand kits). Ensure brand consistency and accessibility (readability, contrast, alt text).
  • Build a scalable pipeline of references—testimonials, reference calls, videos—and maintain a searchable reference library.
  • Coordinate with the Global Web team; manage translation quality, tone, and contextual accuracy across sites and assets.
  • Drive content adaptation, SEO keyword translation, and social/digital localization; ensure message fit and brand voice.
  • Maintain calendars, briefs, and style/terminology guides; enforce review workflows and version control.
  • Track content performance and advocacy utilization; translate insights into quarterly content plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B content, product/solutions marketing, or communications, with a portfolio of published writing samples.
  • 1+ years in warehouse/robotics/automation industries.
  • Advanced presentation skills in PowerPoint or Google Slides, including narrative development, visual hierarchy, and data visualization (charts, tables, speaker notes).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite for light content production, with the ability to brief designers for complex creative needs.
  • Skilled in leveraging AI tools for ideation, content structuring, imagery, iconography, layout support, and translation quality assurance (e.g., TMS prompting, glossary validation).
  • Strong editorial expertise in briefing, interviewing, and storytelling, with a track record of transforming technical information into compelling, market-ready narratives.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, basic SEO, and analytics; familiarity with translation workflows and in-market review processes.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across sales, solutions engineering, product, and external agencies.
  • Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
