We’re on the lookout for a Content Manager who’s willing to create, organise and execute the content that will take us from good to amazing.

You’ll join a small, fast-moving team and own all things content related for our marketing growth strategy.

👀 What we are looking for
  • Strong experience in video and image production (shooting, editing, animation, or post-production)
  • Proficiency with AI media tools like Nano Banana, Sora 2, Kling, or similar
  • Experience managing a content pipeline across multiple formats and channels
  • Highly organised, creative, and detail-oriented - nothing leaves your hands off-brand
  • Comfortable working closely with design, product, and marketing teams to align visuals with strategy
🤩 What will make you stand out
  • Experience with FIGMA or After Effects
  • Experience in crypto or B2C fintech
  • A portfolio showcasing your ability to conceptualise and produce video/image assets end-to-end
  • Experience in motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere, CapCut Pro, or similar)
  • Understanding of content performance metrics and how to iterate creatively
  • Ability to localise visual content across languages and regions
🧑‍💻 What you’ll be working on
  • Own the media content process: concept, script, produce, edit, and optimise
  • Create high-performing short-form videos, animations, and visuals for social and product launches
  • Experiment with AI content tools (e.g. Nano Banana, Sora 2, Kling) to push creative boundaries
  • Collaborate with growth and design teams to translate strategy into compelling visual content
  • Track performance and continuously evolve the creative direction based on real-world results
